This website is operated by Dyes That Bind. Throughout the site the terms (“we,” “us,” “our” refer to Dyes That Bind. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of this website and the purchase of products through the Site. By accessing or using the Site or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you may not access, use, or make purchases from the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors and customers. Similar to other online adult retailers, we may update these Terms at any time without prior notice by posting the revised Terms on the Site; your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. All international orders are subject to review by local customs authorities; customs may impose holds, inspections, duties, taxes, or other fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. 6. Returns and Refunds

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina and the United States of America. You agree that all actions related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina. Similar online retailers specify the governing state and nation in their policies to clarify jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on the Site. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
