Great quality product. I ordered from the vendor to support a photo art project. When we discovered a problem with the shipment and notified the vendor, they immediately moved to remedy the issue. Unfortunately, their local UPS office inadvertently delayed a replacement package and thwarted the vendor's quick action.

I'm incredibly happy with their customer service and the quality of the products. I would be happy to do business with them again.

Very nice quality rope, Worth purchasing again

Actual rope is a bit more purple toned than the pic shows on my screen. Given how hard purples are to photograph, I was prepared for this possibility and do like the actual color just fine.
